Payment options

Payments are handled by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment provider. Your card details go to Paystack directly — they never pass through or are stored by Marpe.

Depending on what your bank supports, Paystack lets you pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. All prices are in naira.

When is my order paid?

An order is marked paid when Paystack confirms the payment to us, not when your browser returns from the payment page. This usually takes under a minute. If your order page still says we are confirming your payment after that, give it a few minutes before paying again.

Import duty

Some items attract import duty that is only known once the shipment is assessed at customs. If that applies to your order, we will tell you the amount before it is added.
